By scheduling a one time or recurring service with Sifanno Services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and Sifanno Services at the time of booking.
All cleaning products and equipment required to service your property are provided by Sifanno Services.
In order to provide you with the best possible service, please make your home accessible by allowing full access to the home and providing a safe working environment for the cleaner to perform the service.
The customer will leave access unobstructed to those areas of the property requiring the service.
The customer will provide the cleaner access to all service utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity and rubbish bins, as required to complete the service.
Prior to the commencement of the service the customer will inform the cleaner of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers the customer is aware of.
Any additional time accrued by our team will be charged at our current hourly rate in fifteen minute increments.
If a service is requested outside of the original quote (e.g., addition of a window clean) you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences.
We require at least 48 hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.
We are local and a small independent business who rely on your service to make a living, so we do ask that you consider our loss of income if you cancel without leaving us enough time to help us fill our schedule. We also understand that your circumstances may change, so if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will be charged the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our employee’s full work schedules.
We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. Damage must be reported to our office staff by phone or email within 2 business days of service or Sifanno Services may not be held liable.
