Terms & Conditions

By scheduling a one time or recurring service with Sifanno Services, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1- Cleaning Services

The service will be for such cleaning duties as agreed between you and Sifanno Services at the time of booking.

All cleaning products and equipment required to service your property are provided by Sifanno Services.

2. Customer Responsibilities

In order to provide you with the best possible service, please make your home accessible by allowing full access to the home and providing a safe working environment for the cleaner to perform the service.

The customer will leave access unobstructed to those areas of the property requiring the service.

The customer will provide the cleaner access to all service utilities, including hot and cold water, electricity and rubbish bins, as required to complete the service.

Prior to the commencement of the service the customer will inform the cleaner of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers the customer is aware of.

Any additional time accrued by our team will be charged at our current hourly rate in fifteen minute increments.

If a service is requested outside of the original quote (e.g., addition of a window clean) you will be informed of any extra cost before work commences.

3- Cancellation policy

We require at least 48 hour notice for reschedules or cancellations.

We are local and a small independent business who rely on your service to make a living, so we do ask that you consider our loss of income if you cancel without leaving us enough time to help us fill our schedule. We also understand that your circumstances may change, so if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, and your cleaning is not rescheduled within a week, you will be charged the full anticipated cost of your scheduled cleaning, without exceptions. Timely notice enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure our employee’s full work schedules.

4- Breakage and damage policy

We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have Limited Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed. Damage must be reported to our office staff by phone or email within 2 business days of service or Sifanno Services may not be held liable.

5. Payment terms
  • For one-off cleaning service, the customer agrees to pay in full at completion of service.
  • Payments can be made via cash or direct deposit.
  • For residential services, direct deposit payment must be made prior to the next scheduled weekly or fortnightly service if the service is ongoing.
  • For commercial services, payment must be made no later than a period of 14 business days.
  • A 25% deposit is required at time of booking for an End of Lease or Move Out Clean.
  • Tax Invoices are available for all services carried out by Sifanno Services
6- Other Information from Sifanno Services
  •  To meet your needs and to ensure your satisfaction, Sifanno Services reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time.
  • If you request changes to your service after receiving your original quote, additional charges may be billed or a new quote may be required. 
  • Due to exposed liability, we cannot care for pets, plants, or children.
  • We are not equipped to clean bug infestations, bodily fluids, or extensive grease or fire damage.  If our staff does not feel safe in a home or environment they will leave or we will remove them.
  • If we are not able to clean the entire space due to the conditions, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the cleaning. 
  • Customer feedback is crucial in helping us offer the highest quality of service to all of our clients. We would appreciate any review on Google. 
  • We take before and after photos of our work. These pictures are used for training, proof of performance as well as promotion. If you do not want pictures taken of work areas in your home please notify us when you schedule your cleaning.
  • Your Details/Personal Information: Sifanno Services agrees not to share any information provided by the customer with any third party not directly involved in the provision of the service (unless required to do so by law).
